He is very detailed and extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Here's the thing. We've bought and sold many properties but our current house in AR is quite unique. We expected to sell in a year or two given the circumstances. Jonathan did an outstanding job on the listing of the property both in the MLS and his YouTube channel. We had an offer in 1 day. I'm not one to shy away from questions from my agent and Jonathan was always available and responded to my texts with either a text or voice memo. You cannot go wrong with him as your realtor. I can only imagine the additional money we would have received on our other properties throughout the years if he'd been our agent. If you like directness, an attention to detail, getting the facts, etc go with Jonathan....don't use anybody else!
