We found Jonathan from a YouTube video of his where he talked about his move to the area. We knew his personality and knowledge would be a good fit for us relocating here. We were not disappointed! He took the time to go over everything with us and made sure we understood each step of the way! He was very knowledgeable about the community and gave us the information we needed to be set up for success here. He was patient with us as we searched for our new home, and he was good about checking in with us to see how we were doing throughout the process. We feel like we found a local friend and not just a realtor in Jonathan. We love our home, and we’re so blessed to be here!

I originally contacted Jonathan last year when looking at one of his listings online. I quickly realized this was the realtor I wanted to use when searching for property. He is very detailed and extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was careful to always explain things clearly if I ever had any questions, and was always prompt in responding when I reached out. Jonathan was able to help me find the perfect property, and was awesome at representing me during the purchasing process. I would HIGHLY recommend him as either a buyer or a seller. He will absolutely put your needs first, and as a man of integrity, he'll be honest and up front with you. I really appreciated that aspect of the way he conducts himself.

Here's the thing. We've bought and sold many properties but our current house in AR is quite unique. We expected to sell in a year or two given the circumstances. Jonathan did an outstanding job on the listing of the property both in the MLS and his YouTube channel. We had an offer in 1 day. I'm not one to shy away from questions from my agent and Jonathan was always available and responded to my texts with either a text or voice memo. You cannot go wrong with him as your realtor. I can only imagine the additional money we would have received on our other properties throughout the years if he'd been our agent. If you like directness, an attention to detail, getting the facts, etc go with Jonathan....don't use anybody else!

Jonathon’s professionalism and knowledge is the best I’ve ever seen. He went above and beyond to help us overcome numerous obstacles to getting this deal done.
