Also has a skilled eye to see what others might miss (cracks suggesting foundation repairs, age of a home, and expectations regarding maintenance). Most importantly, he has the spirit of a teacher so you can learn like when he talked us through the home inspection report and recommended flashing on the roof and the outlets be replaced in certain rooms.
