I've now used Jon for two transactions and both were quick and efficient. Steps were taken decisively and he provided honest and objective feedback throughout the process. Jon is also very accessible throughout the process, if he doesn't answer his phone immediately he is always quick to call back. On my second transaction I probably looked at about 20 -25 homes and he adjusted his schedule to meet my needs, which I appreciated very much. I would have no problem recommending him and plan to use him in the future.

Very honest and upfront in his assessment of a property. Also has a skilled eye to see what others might miss (cracks suggesting foundation repairs, age of a home, and expectations regarding maintenance). Most importantly, he has the spirit of a teacher so you can learn like when he talked us through the home inspection report and recommended flashing on the roof and the outlets be replaced in certain rooms. Would recommend without hesitation.

Mr. Smedley was patient in our search for a home closer to my husband's job. He spent many hours, away from his family and talked through many aspects of the home buying process. He was always availiable to answer any questions we had but also knew when to let us discuss things privately. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for or selling their home.
