When we did get the house that we wanted, the deal almost fell through because of some random aspect of the appraisal. Jon, that very night, went over to our house (didn’t even ask us to join him) and fixed the issue that the appraiser mentioned by himself! Because of Jon’s willingness to go over to our house of his own initiative and his creative thinking, our closing didn’t have to be delayed and the deal didn’t fall through (which was a huge risk)! Jon saved the deal with our house which saved our sanity. As long as we live in this area, we will never use another realtor!
