Jon was my broker when I bought my rental property 8 years ago (how many brokers dissuade you from offering a higher bid when they sense there is not much competition? Jon did that for me) and of course my broker when I chose to sell. Jon is on top of the market, communicates promptly and gives me all the information I need to make informed decisions. Once the buying/ sales process is in place, Jon, Dianne, Brooke and the rest of the Banyan team will take care of you: they communicate regularly through out the process but don't inundate you with emails, texts, etc. Also I appreciate giving my business to a small(er), Denver-based group of locals vs. a company that feels like a conglomeration. Just a top-notch group. You won't be disappointed !
