He was always a phone call away whenever time I needed a question answered. (Jon always try to answer and if he couldn't he would always call back no matter what time.) He went above and beyond his duties as an agent ( i didn't have a ride or a driver's license and not only would he pick me up to go to showings but he also helped me get over my fear of driving and got my license) to make sure I accomplished my dream of purchasing my first home.
