I don't usually write reviews, I'm always skeptical, not knowing how real they really are. In this case, I need to make an exception. We met Jon over 10 months ago during our search for a second home in Florida. From day one he was very courteous, answering all of our questions without the usual pushiness of some realtors, vendors. We interacted a few more times during the decision process and I need to say that he was instrumental in our final decision to purchase our home. In fact, he was so helpful that we went back home and basically purchased the house via email after that!!!
