I FIRST BECAME AWARE OF JON IN 2017 WHEN HE WAS WITH A PREVIOUS REAL ESTATE EMPLOYER. AT THAT TIME HIS KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND DEPTH OF INFORMATION OF THE REAL ESTATE MARKET WAS QUITE APPARENT. IN JUNE 2020, I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM JON DETAILING AND UPDATING HIS STATUS AND INFORMATION. FROM THAT POINT ON I ESTABLISHED A RAPPORT WITH JON BY E-MAIL AS I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING A DECISION ON WHETHER TO SELL MY CONDO OR NOT. WE KEPT IN CONTACT ON A REGULAR BASIS. HE KEPT ME UPDATED ON THE MARKET AND ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO IT. WHENEVER I HAD QUESTIONS OR REQUESTING INFORMATION, HE WOULD ALWAYS RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE WAS PATIENT WITH ME. NO PRESSURE. HE IS FRIENDLY, CARING, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAD NOT SOLD OR PURCHASED REAL ESTATE IN OVER 12 YEARS. JON UPDATED ME ON THE PROCESS WITH DETAILED INFORMATION, IT HELPED ME MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION. WHEN I FINALLY DECIDED TO SELL, WITHOUT A DOUBT I WENT WITH JON. I KNEW ALL ALONG HE WAS THE RIGHT MAN FOR THE JOB. ON MARCH 6, 2021, I MET WITH JON IN PERSON FOR THE FIRST TIME. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HIS HONESTY, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM. JON IS NO NONSENSE, STRAIGHT FORWARD, COOPERATIVE AND EASY TO GET ALONG WITH. WE LISTED THE CONDO FOR SALE. I WAS VERY WELL INFORMED OF THE SALE PROCESS. THE PROCESS WENT FAST DUE TO THE HOT MARKET AND OTHER FACTORS. HE WAS CERTAINLY RIGHT ABOUT THAT AND EVERYTHING ELSE. MY CONDO WAS LISTED ON SATURDAY, MARCH 13, 2021. BY MONDAY, MARCH 15, 2021. WE HAD 4 OFFERS. HE CAREFULLY WENT THROUGH AND DISCUSSED ALL OFFERS IN DETAIL BEFORE ACCEPTING ONE OF THEM. THE OFFER HAD A C.O.E. OF APRIL 1, 2021. THE PROCESS WENT FAST. JON KEPT ME INFORMED AND UPDATED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. IT BECAME A SHORT TIME TO VACATE THE CONDO. IT WAS A DIY SITUATION FOR ME AS I HAD NO ONE TO HELP ME. JON HELPED ME MOVE OUT. THE CLOSING WENT SMOOTH. OVERALL, JON PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE, BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE SALE OF MY CONDO. HE HAS LEFT A LASTING IMPRESSION ON ME.

This is the fourth house I have sold and John was by far the most professional realtor I have ever used. He knew every detail of the sake and most importantly Kept me informed of each step needed which made my criss country move easier I highly recommend using him you will be glad you did!

We are so thankful for Jon! Our family moved here 2 years ago from Iowa. When we first moved here we were in touch with Jon, just checking out the market and getting a feel for the lay of the land. Jon was very informative and very helpful without being pushy. Over the last 2 years Jon would send us listings via email when something popped up in our price range. After figuring out the difference in wages from Iowa and settling down in our current jobs we decided that we could afford a little more than we originally thought but figured it would be somewhat of a stepping-stone house.
