Jon grew up in Oak Ridge and has lived in Knoxville ever since 2010. His interest in real estate started with buying his first home and investment properties. With a background in business, mathematics, and special education, Jon brings a unique perspective to the real estate world. Jon is married and lives with his wife and soon-to-be newborn daughter. In 2024, Jon decided to go full-time into real estate after 7.5 years teaching. Great person to work with

House sold within 6 weeks of listing. Got a fair price. Multiple offers within days of listing. Jon worked hard for us. Would use him again or highly recommend.

Friendly and easy to work with

Jon was always on time, responded to all my questions, and offered advice when asked. He showed the property on a weekend of terrible weather, showing up as he said he would. I got the price I hoped for in a timely manner. Jon guided me through the process because I had little knowledge of my own about home sales.
