After three people, including Jon himself, came to my home urging us strongly to list our house we gave in... they promised a very quick sale. So we found another home we wanted and listed. After listing they made almost zero effort to actually sell our home. They actually went as far as not telling us about offers made on our home! We had people contact us saying they made an offer and were told that they would not even tell us... they put my business number on the listing site and I set up almost all of the showings, but they still wanted 6 percent of the sale price! We lost the other house, and ours never sold... Don't trust these people!!! After we pulled our listing we were treated very rudely, and told it wasn't their fault, but that the market was bad... a house 2 doors down sold in 2 days.... by a different agent, obviously! Worst experience ever!!! I will never use them again!
