About JON

Jon Caside became a real estate agent in 2020 and joined Rêve Realtors in 2021. Passionate about design, new construction, and historic New Orleans neighborhoods, he is particularly knowledgeable about Old Gretna and Arabi. Born in New York and raised in New Orleans, Jon graduated from Belle Chasse High School, studied business at Tulane University, and then worked in automotive sales at Superior Honda. Growing up with family and friends who were real estate developers, Jon has always been interested in the process and how a home’s details come together. In March 2020, he started a small business called Wave Investment Properties and built some spec homes with the help of his family’s construction business. He enjoyed the process so much that in October 2020, he became a licensed realtor. Jon’s sales experience and negotiating skills make him an asset to his clients whether they’re buying or selling. He’s humbled by the fact that clients trust him to get the job done, and he’s dedicated to supporting his buyers’ needs -- helping individuals and families find their dream homes. Known as honest, dependable, and energetic, Jon is a great communicator and problem-solver who prides himself on staying positive. Fluent in Spanish, Jon is into fitness and boxing and enjoys traveling to Chicago and New York. He also loves driving around New Orleans to scope out ideas for future spec homes and staying on top of the latest home design trends.
