Jon went above and beyond, not only familiarizing us with the local housing market, but also the city of Grand Rapids. He will be the agent we approach if we choose to relocate in the area and has set a very high bar for any agents we might work with in the future if we leave MI.
Jon is incredibly knowledgable about Grand Rapids and the surrounding area. We were looking in Byron Center, Forest Hill, East Grand Rapids, and Rockford and Jon was able to give us great insights for all of these areas. He is always quick to communicate and able to get you into properties quickly, which was very important for us as good houses were going very fast. First -- apologize for the late review. This email (and all the subsequent reminders) went to my spam folder which I check very, very, very rarely. John did a great job of giving us a tour of the GR area - very knowledgeable, and personable. He went out of his way to plot our routes very efficiently. I used corporate housing, and had very specific needs about my Tesla and charging. John was very responsive and helped sort it out, even moving me to a new location, after we discovered the initial location didnt work. We used a local realtor (in Dallas) to sell our property (someone we had a longstanding early relationship with), and John did a great job on working with him to make sure things went smoothly. I think there was probably a lot of back and forth between the agents that I was not privy to, but once we got to GR and found the house here that we wanted, John was great in helping us navigate the offer process, providing very solid guidance and helping us get the seller to buy off. The closing process was butter smooth. Since then, John has continued to remain responsive as we tie up the final loose ends. Overall, very knowledgable of the area and quickly responsive.
Jon goes above and beyond, it can be very stressful getting your house ready to put up and Jon was there from the beginning to the end, handling anything that would make my load lighter and someone we could lean on with questions and things that came up. Jon always kept me up with what was going on. His team are such professionals helping me even on the buying end from agents, closings schedule and wire transfer they are the EASY BUTTON I am so thankful for all they do. He was very knowledgeable and was prompt in returning phone calls and text. Jon was very familiar with the area of the city we preferred to purchase in. Have bought and sold other homes with other realtors, but this was our best experience so far.
