As a first time home buyer with constrained budget, we initially had no idea of what to look for. Jolin helped us set a proper target and analyzed the trade-offs between SFH vs TH and neighborhood vs commute in depth. This helped us nail down to a few zip codes and saved us from searching houses aimlessly across the entire bay area. She has a good intuition of the pro and cons of each homes we were interested and never pushed us to bid blindly. Jolin showed her professionalism not only when we were shopping around, but also after we were in contract. Closing a house during the pandemic is so stressful, especially when there were unforeseen circumstances outside of everyone's control. Jolin was always there to help without reservations.
