We initially met Jolene two years prior to hitting the house search full swing. She knew our level of interest was low and wasn't "pushing" to get us past our comfort level. I enjoyed our first meeting and set up a "property search" profile from her website to keep an eye on the market. She would touch base every few months to see if we had any interest but never lost contact or over communicated if we indicated low interest. Jolene was great at helping us find the perfect home. My husband and I are stubborn on what we wanted in a house and Jolene was very patient and understood our needs. We were selling our home in AZ purchasing a new home in Ankeny, IA. She was very attentive to our needs setting up 3-6 showings at a time with our friends just to make sure we had our forever home.
