Jolene has all the best qualities you look for in a real estate agent. She is extremely organized and quick to respond. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, if not right away. She is flexible and makes herself available to work with your schedule. Which was huge when trying to work around both of our hectic work schedules. We also decided to jump in with a builder to make this even more challenging. Jolene took the time to really understand our wants and needs. She was there every step of the way and handle any situations that we had with our builders. When talking about our house and building hurdles she gave her honest and thoughtful opinion when asked. In return, we felt like we could be one hundred percent honest with our thoughts and concerns. Jolene was there with us every step of the way. Literally until the keys were in hand. Jolene is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients. Overall, our home buying experience was better than I could have ever imagined. I don't think that we would have had the same experience with anyone else.
