She was the first and one of the only realtors that were helpful in actually finding properties in her area that fit our needs. We dealt with quite a few realtors as we were looking for a house all over the state of Minnesota, so we are speaking from experience. Most realtors we met only wanted to open the doors for us to look at a house after we did all the research in finding listings and history of houses. So, meeting Joleen was a breath of much needed fresh air after a long line of disappointing at best experiences with other realtors around the state.
