We had excellent coverage of our listing of our home

Joleen was easy to work with under my stressful situation which included some family members. She took everything in stride. She was accessible by phone, text and email most hours of the day. Sometimes getting back to me in the late evening, which I do thank her. If she didn't have an answer to a question, she researched for an answer and got back to me quickly. I felt she worked hard for us to sale the house as the housing market was moving when we first approached her and then market was stagnant when we finally closed. The buyers were difficult, and at times, unreasonable. She was able to communicate with their agent and many "things" about the house were resolved or we were able to come to an agreement in order to complete sale. Their expectations came across as wanting a house "perfect in all ways just like a newly built home" which of course, this house was not (1970's). Her analysis of the market when we started was close. As I've bought and sold houses before, I thought her representation of the market was accurate and I was satisfied with the sale of the house (market had changed downward by the time it sold. She is an honest, hardworking person and did her best to sell the house. I enjoyed her comments both good and not so good when buyer was being difficult. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house!
