Johnson is a hard working and professional real estate agent I have ever met. He will do his best effort to help you get through all the hassle from the buying side. The first buyer came out short after the appraisal and buyer mentioned before we sent the acceptance. Buyer back and forth had lots unreasonable request due to short of fund. Johnson spent a lot of time and effort deal with the buying agent. Nevertheless, the first buyer can't able to purchase due to short of fund on hand. Johnson helped me put back to the market the same day. Finally, we found a better buyer and sold at higher price. The process was longer than expect but Johnson has never complained anything or lost any of interest. He is very hard working, very kind and very good charter person.
