Johnson was always very informative and very patient with us during our home buying process. This was our first time purchasing a home and Johnson was able to explain to us the whole home buying process for us to understand. You will need an agent like Johnson especially in this market where every house is a bidding war. Johnson was always active in contacting the seller's agent to gauge the house price and what to put in. After 3 months of tears and disappointments, we found this house that we really liked and didn't want to let it go. At first, the seller chose a different buyer and we thought it was over but Johnson was able to keep in touch with the seller's agent and found out that the first buyer fell through. He was able to convince the seller's agent to consider us as the next buyer and the rest is history. If you need someone to find or sell your home, Johnson will be the right agent for you ! Johnson is a hard working and professional real estate agent I have ever met. He will do his best effort to help you get through all the hassle from the buying side. The first buyer came out short after the appraisal and buyer mentioned before we sent the acceptance. Buyer back and forth had lots unreasonable request due to short of fund. Johnson spent a lot of time and effort deal with the buying agent. Nevertheless, the first buyer can't able to purchase due to short of fund on hand. Johnson helped me put back to the market the same day. Finally, we found a better buyer and sold at higher price. The process was longer than expect but Johnson has never complained anything or lost any of interest. He is very hard working, very kind and very good charter person. I strongly recommend Johnson for your property buying and selling real estate agent. He has 16 years experience in the field and he knows what he doing to achieve your goal. He is passionate to do his job. I have his number for almost 10 years, when I decided to sell my house I called him right away because I know he is a good real estate agent who can trust and easy to work with.
