We first met Johnny two years ago at an open house. Despite the fact we were just looking he was attentive , patient and answered all our questions in a respectful and thoughtful manner. We were considering selling our house and during this two year interval Johnny sent us updates on the comps in our neighborhood as well as other information to keep us aware of the current housing situation. When the time was right to place our home on the market there was no hesitation to whom we would choose to guide our path. The house sold in one week but there were some minor and not so minor obstacles that he navigated like a true commander. We followed his advice and sailed safely into harbor unscathed.
