Johnny Moran

I cannot say enough good things about Johnny. This was our first home purchase and he made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We weren't sure if we wanted just a plot of land or a house with land. We initially found an 8 acre plot of land and even made an offer after several successful negotiations. Later we found out that the portion of the land in which we were interested(which was incorrectly claimed by the owner) wasn't even on the property. Luckily, Johnny had wisely put in a contingency that stated that upon finding the last property marker, if it wasn't to our liking, we could get out of the deal. This meant that he didn't get that sale, but he stuck with us because you could tell he sincerely had our best interests at heart(not just trying to make a sale). Not long after that we found our dream home(the location, the acreage, the privacy, everything!). Johnny helped us throughout the whole process(which was new to us). It ran very smoothly and again, he placed all the correct contingencies to protect us as the home buyers. We've now been living here very happily for over 7 months. Johnny will call occasionally and check up on us. Just a couple of weeks ago, we had a water leak in the front yard. I called Johnny who was more than happy to recommend a plumber. Johnny is there not just to sell properties, he's there to help and serve you as a true professional. I would HIGHLY recommend him for your real estate needs in the North Alabama/Tennessee Valley area.

Johnny found us our dream home. He worked with us and truly dedicated his time to help us find what we were looking for. He went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn't be happier. Johnny did an amazing job and will be our realtor of the future.
