I worked with many other realtors in the past. Some even so called #1 agents, were often either arrogant, short with me, pushy, 2 faced, all about money, themselves, their fancy cars and never around to give me the time of day once they got my listing. I got to the point where I didn't trust realtors due to my past experiences. Although I was reluctant and wanted to sell by owner, a family member told me about Johnny and said I should call him. Johnny was refreshingly different, and the most attentive, down to earth, knowledgeable, amazing agent I have ever worked with. He's like the real estate expert best friend, who was there for me every step beginning to end. He made suggestions, helped me prepare to be sale ready, gave me all the time I needed, walked me through explaining all the state required complicated paperwork, and got me more $ than I ever expected selling my home. Johnny's service went beyond what any other agent has ever provided me, and after even spending a short time with him, I can tell he truly loves what he does, and is in his element. I like that Johnny treats you like a person, not just another listing number, and in marketing videos he focused on promoting my home for sale, not himself (like some other big ego agents did). Johnny is the only trustworthy agent I feel comfortable and confident highly recommending to any family, friends, co-workers. Thanks Johnny! Johnny is a personal friend but we work in different industries. We had not talked about real estate prior to me asking him for help to sell my house. From the beginning Johnny was fully engaged in the sale of the house, even before the house was listed. It quickly became clear that Johnny LOVES the real estate business and helping people sale their house. This was the first house I sold so would have been completely lost without his help. He spent hours researching comparison house sales to help guide me when I needed to set the price prior to listing. Johnny explained everything to me and although he is the expert he made it clear that the decisions were mine to make. His knowledge of sales strategies, the process and forms, as well as the business contacts he leveraged to complete the sale was outstanding.

Johnny was very knowledgeable in presenting a plan that was well thought out and covered every detail from virtual pictures to preparations for the best appeal. He listened carefully and respectfully to what I wanted and expected to get for the house while making suggestions that would make it possible to become a reality. Johnny had constant communication with me to let me know not only what was happening with each step but also my options if I preferred to go in a different direction. I felt that Johnny made himself accessible even if it was inconvenient times that I called and patiently explained why certain procedures were a necessity and part of the selling process. I would definitely use Johnny in the future because of his honesty and professionalism. I am completely satisfied with his work ethics and ability to follow through.

Well, I usually don't do surveys, but this time its due. Johnny went above and beyond my expectations. He communicated with me at every step, letting me know the best direction to take on how to list it and when the best time to put it live. He did his research and came up with the perfect price. After that, Johnny put together a complete marketing plan that included a virtual walkthrough on the listing that helped everyone looking at the property see how nice it was. He also recruited his wife, and together, it was a huge benefit during the showing, excellent teamwork for no extra cost. Within days we had several buyers, and he helped us pick the right one.
