My dealings with John were beyond my expectations. He was very transparent and gave correct answers to ALL our questions. John will certainly succeed in his real estate occupation. John Zacharias sold my home in just a couple of weeks in the bleak winter season. We had to jump through a lot of hoops as the seller was using USDA financing and the resulting improvement requirements were substantial. John was great at explaining the process and its requirements and ended up doing a lot of the buyer's agent's duties (such as providing the correct information when the buyer's agent provided erroneous data) in order to make the deal happen. He works smart and hard. My only other comment, and this in no way reflects on John's performance, is that selling a home to someone using USDA guaranteed financing can be a royal pain you know where. John showed great fortitude in navigating through all of the red tape and pitfalls.
