We worked with both John Zacharias and Dave Watlington. Both were extremely professional, responsive, and friendly. There was never a time that I emailed or called either of them, that they didn't respond back within the hour. My wife and I were in a bit of a rush, but they had no trouble keeping up with us through the process. They were also very aggressive in tracking down needed information from the seller's agent and the condo HOA when they were slow to respond. Dave and John also did a great job in negotiating the price that we wanted. I will 100% use them both again, and refer to them others.
