excellent. john is like a good old friend (though for the first time.) he is considerate and goes above and beyond. we look forward to his sushi of the master class he will make for us in our house warming party when we get around to have it.

We knew that we would want John to provide us the same selfless service in selling our home. John exceeded our expectations from the start, and involved us in all decisions of removing furniture and things from the empty house, not staging or updating carpets, and pricing. We suggested lowering price, and John agreed, and when finally had offers, rejected the lowball and contingency offers, and keeping a solid offer.
