John Wimmer is the best , he has helped me out for over 30 years buying and selling real estate here in the foothills west of Denver. I am a home builder in this area for over 33 years. I have seen many realtors come and go but John is a very established and respected Local realtor. What gives John a distinct advantage is his 30 PLUS years of appraising homes in the area. So he knows everyone, the bankers the realtors the mortgage brokers and it seems all the business people. He just plain knows real estate, as it is his life's career and passion.
