I interviewed 4 realtors before I listed my home since my last experience was less than pleasant

I interviewed 4 realtors before I listed my home since my last experience was less than pleasant. I had a list of questions and John answered each question straight forward and even said, “did I answer all your questions?” I had a lengthy list! He presented the qualifications an excellent realtor should demonstrate to his client relationship. Integrity, honestly , just to name a couple. He discussed all 8. One realtor only talked about 2 but these were important to John. They were present in all of our dealings! He treated me like I was his only client. Returned calls promptly , if I was worried about something he said , “don’t worry I’ll take care of it”,and he did. And when I fell the day before closing and still had items in the garage John went to the garage before the 9 AM closing, loaded his truck and then deliver them to my new place! I couldn’t ask for a better realtor and I received the price I wanted and my house sold before it went to market!! I’m Italian and he hugs! What else can I ask for. You can’t go wrong with John and his team of office manager, Dan!
