John is an excellent Realtor and his experience and knowledge show. He possesses qualities like kindness, humbleness and the ability to be calm under pressure that make him very desirable to work with. He also has a great team that my husband and I had the privilege of working with while recently trying to sell our home. We noticed that even his team spoke highly of John because of how much they enjoy working with him. When we put the recommended prep work into selling our home, it only took two days of being listed online and we had two showings and an offer on our home. John was also able to convince the buyer to close earlier on our home, so that from the time we received an offer to our close was less than a month. John, in my opinion, is a miracle worker and makes the home buying and selling process so easy. I'm happy to have a Realtor like John Wichmann that I can trust and rely on and believe that any other client of his would feel the same.
