I feel like I should give less than 5 stars because people don't read the 5 star reviews, but I don't want to rate John lower than he deserves. John helped us with a somewhat difficult home purchase, and was just wonderful. We were dealing with an out-of-town seller that kept making odd requests and had people come in to modify the property without notice (or even reason, it seemed). John kept everything moving, made sure that we knew what the normal process was even when the seller wasn't following it, and made sure our desires were well represented in the process. John helped to smooth over a few delays in the finances on our side and worked well with our mortgage broker. He also helped to keep spirits light, which is helpful considering how depressing it can be to be a home buyer in the East Bay right now. Overall, my husband and I were very happy with our experience and recommend John without hesitation.
