John was very good at communicating. Very likable and easy to talk to. Was good at seeking counsel from his managing broker instead of just guessing. We had a difficult interaction with the selling broker yet John remained professional and fought for our interests.

We just finalized the purchase of a home in Genesee Colorado last week. My wife and began looking in the area over a year ago and we were not sure at that time that if we were going to buy, what our time frame was or if this was really the right area for us. John showed us several listings as well and as he got a better understanding of what we were looking for he was able to fine tune our search even though we were not committed at that time. He did not pressure us in any way but consistently communicated with us when new listings came up. We ultimately found the house we really wanted but it was not currently listed. John was able to contact the owners and ultimately was able to negotiate a deal that we were really pleased with. This sale was complicated by both the fact that we were out of state buyers as well as this was the beginning of the COVID19 outbreak which was disruptive to all phases of the transaction. John was hugely helpful facilitating the home inspection as well as keeping us up to date on the completion of the home inspection repairs. He also followed through on all the small details that can delay or derail the process through escrow. I told John on more than one occasion how much we appreciated how he followed through on every phase of the transaction which greatly reduced our stress and made to purchase as easy as possible. We met John at an Open House that we went to on our own but ended up getting great mountain home knowledge for new comers such as us.
