John not only encouraged me to list higher given the market but also produced a comprehesive report where we could find a sweet spot for the list price versus time on market. In the end, we even had a multiple bid situation where both had escalation clauses and sold well above ask. I'm very glad I listened to John's advice and guidance.

Although the closing time was compressed, and we experienced several unforeseen problems, John's expertise and knowledge kept this sale on track. resulting in an on time closing. He is absolutely the best.
