In short terms, John is the absolute best! We began working with John in February 2022 by putting our house on the market. He made that process so painless and simple. He continuously and creatively marketed the home through social media and by conducting open houses, and knew precisely how to interface with multiple realtors and prospective purchasers, and their professionals, to get to the closing table quickly. He anticipated concerns so they would not evolve into problems. John initially priced the home properly (actually I thought it was high), but sold the home in excess of the asking price.
