John Tawfik

John Tawfik is hands down the most grounded realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He introduced himself to me a few years back, and I knew from his introduction that he was my guy. Trust me, you'll feel the same. We have since done several deals together in the last few years and with every new one I appreciate him more and more. I've worked with him on a few investments and most recently on the sale of my home and purchase of a new one. He got me the best deal for my old home and was able to find me our perfect forever home....even in this market. If you're looking for the right realtor for this crazy market, he is your guy. We had a great experience working with John on our first home purchase. It took us 2-3 years of searching and making offers in a very competitive market to find our house. John was very patient the whole time and knowledgeable about the market. John was not pushy which I really appreciated and wanted us to feel comfortable with the offers we were making. He laid out the facts for us and helped us to make well informed decisions that worked for us.

John was incredible to work with. I moved out of state and entrusted John to sell my old residence. He went beyond the call of duty to handle not just the sale of the home, but the management of the property through the entire sales process!! Multiple issues arose throughout the sale, out of anyone's control, but John was always right there to solve the problem. From working with the township, to contractors, to cleaning crew.

Best agent I worked with during the long process of finding the right home for my family ( I worked with 3 in total). John was extremely knowledgeable about every step of the process. He was very diligent and when he didn't know someone he would find out and get back to you. He gave me a lot insights about the city and areas around. Also, he put me in contact with the best people for the inspections and repairs after closing. However, what I loved the most about the service provided by John, was that he was always reachable. Even after closing, he would immediately answer texts or calls if I had any questions.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and John was referred to us. Upon meeting John he took the time to get to know us, he asked us each what was most important, and then he went to work. John did a fantastic job of always being accessible to us and made us feel as if we were his only clients (when we weren’t). John showed us a great combination of what we asked for and similar properties near by. He took the time to answer our questions, he took lead on asking our property questions during walkthroughs and open houses and his follow through was absolutely amazing. John got us the house we both wanted and we can’t thank him enough. He was truly incredible to work with. He also had an amazing team of people he referred that got our closing done in a seamless transaction.

Selling and buying a house during normal times is stressful, let alone during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. John made us feel confident in our decision to move forward with this process. He sold our home OVER asking in just 4 days! He was excellent at marketing, scheduling showings and managing multiple offers. On the buying side, he was very patient in showing us what felt like 1000 homes in our desired neighborhood! Thanks to John’s knowledge of the area we were able to expand our search and we finally found an amazing home in an great neighborhood. He was great to talk things through and always asked the right questions to help guide us the right way.
