I was nervous about the home buying/selling process as I had heard some negative stories from people about their experience. I knew starting with the right realtor was a great first step. I knew John as a friend already and I knew him to be a man of truth, integrity, and hard work. I knew he would listen to me and not pressure me past my comfort zone. I also knew he wouldn't lose patience with me when I asked lots and lots of questions. Well, i wasn't disappointed. Even though we had known each other previously, John was very professional and checked off all the boxes of honesty, integrity, and patience. Because of his hard work we were able to sell our home even though it was a "fixer-upper" with a long list of disclosures. I would recommend John Stiles to anyone looking to buy or sell!

We have had a great experience with John selling our home. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty since ours was not a run-of-the-mill selling situation--we are currently halfway across the world, requiring John to act as project manager for the rehab on our house prior to selling. We trust him implicitly and know that he had our best interests at heart, which was very important since we could not be there during the entire process, including at closing.
