John Simcoe is a great agent. I listed my home with him just as the market was falling from record high sales prices and multiple offers to a sudden drop in prices and sales. His experience and knowledge was evident when he managed to obtain multiple offer ands negotiate the closure of the escrow within 30 days at a very decent price in spite of the turn in the market. The entire process from listing to the close of escrow was completed without any unpleasant interactions between the buyer, the agents and myself.
