When I first met John, I was impressed by his knowledge of the Real Estate Market in the Inland Empire, an area where he has worked for the last 20 years with both buying/selling and rentals. He was by my side every step of the buying process. He even introduced an excellent loan agent to me when I encountered problems with my own. He will call me a few times a day, just to check in and to answer my questions. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for all that John has done for me. John took me on after another Relator (self proclaimed #1 specialist & Expert ) She was Inexperience. She had me so deep in trouble I was on the verge of losing both-my old home & the new home I put a deposit on. She had me spend $1,500.00 to paint. she lowered the price by $10k. She Actually did a Virtual Staging without my permission.l didn’t even recognize my own home. She told me “I don’t know what else to do” “I’ve tried everything “. I realized she was Not qualified to sell my house. I’m was DONE! I met John & explained my situation. I had to be 100% dependent on my Realtor to make sure everything was correct Before I signed.
