We were moving from out of state and John was recommended to us. He was very flexible and patient working with us from afar and was extremely knowledgeable about the different areas and what to look for in terms of safety and things that would need to be worked on in each home. Highly recommended!
John has a unique personality and calm demeanor, which allows him to establish positive connections quickly. He knows his stuff, especially homes in the Portage Lakes area. Great negotiator. You want him representing you. He will get the deal done.
John is fast, efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful! I am a disabled veteran and he helped me so much in finding a home that fits my needs. The process was quick and hassle free, thanks to him! I will always recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor and I plan on using his services again if I ever need them.

Selling your home can be a very overwhelming process, but after my first meeting with John and Sara I knew I was in good hands. They are extremely knowledgeable in this business, they paid attention to details and went above and beyond for us. John facilitated all of the work that needed to be done for inspection when I was completely lost and had nobody to help. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was available to answer my questions and concerns, at anytime. He helped guide me and make the best decisions for our unique situation. This is not just a job to him, he truly cares about his clients. I cant say enough about him and I will forever be grateful for everything he had done for me and the kids!
I have used John for years to buy and sell in the local Summit County area. His expert knowledge and experience is unmatched. If you want to get the most you can for your sale, or make sure you aren’t making an unwise purchase - call John!
John Scaglione was so easy to work with when selling our home. He was attentive to our specific needs, and even took the time to truly listen to our input, in order to spotlight the unique features of our property. He knows my neighborhood; the Portage Lakes, and the housing market very well! The thoroughness of the listing he created, and the images and drone footage were great! I really appreciate his use of technology, and any help needed, to take the stress out of the paperwork! Our house was on the market for less than two weeks, and sold at a fair price! For all these reasons, I'd recommend John Scaglione to others! |
