I had no idea where to start when it came to buying a house. Sarah and John took me under their wing, and I got the home of my dreams! They were super easy to work with. They were super responsive, and I believe using their advice in this crazy market got me the house I wanted.
We had a great experience with John during our process of acquiring a nice rental property. Although we lost our 1st bid to another buyer; John reached back to us when that buyer backed away from the deal, making us very happy about it. His experience in the real estate busines, allowed him to always stay ahead of the game by foreseeing every single issue and taking proactive actions which resulted in overcoming every obstacle we encountered. His friendly and approachable demeanor made it easier to work with him, specially when things had to be dealt expeditiously requiring communications outside business hours for which he was always available and happy to help. We are lucky to have met him and working on our side. We will definitely reach back to him if and when we need a realtor once again.
