Ultimately I purchased a home that John had listed because our home had a pending sale with a quick close date. It will serve as a temporary residence, and perhaps a rental property later. I would usually choose to work with a separate realtor than the listing realtor, but in this case I was very comfortable with John handling both sides of the sale. He is trustworthy. His real estate savvy regarding the paperwork required was also impressive and much appreciated. Working with three adult siblings had to be a challenge which John seemed to handle quite easily.
