My life partner Judy and I have looked with John Rohan at a number of homes. He is always professional, knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. Ultimately I purchased a home that John had listed because our home had a pending sale with a quick close date. It will serve as a temporary residence, and perhaps a rental property later. I would usually choose to work with a separate realtor than the listing realtor, but in this case I was very comfortable with John handling both sides of the sale. He is trustworthy. I look forward to John showing us more properties as we search for our perfect forever home.

Just the thought of trying to sell our mother's house was daunting and overwhelming at times, but John made it simpler for us by breaking it down into steps we could accomplish. His excellent advice on what we should change and/or clean up was invaluable! He pointed us to contractors that helped with the preparation for sale and the repairs needed. His real estate savvy regarding the paperwork required was also impressive and much appreciated. Working with three adult siblings had to be a challenge which John seemed to handle quite easily. We are satisfied with the final selling price and would recommend him to anyone.
