I'm very glad to have worked with John years ago. Not only did he help us buy our home back then, but we decided to work with him again in order to help us sell it, and I'm so glad we did. He just got it sold ABOVE our listing price, which is something we're not seeing a lot of in today's market. John worked just as hard as before for us and advertised our home in so many different ways, it's no wonder we were under contract in the first week. Unfortunately those buyers had an issue of their own and had to back out, but John kept people coming through the doors and the offers coming in. He also seems to have a very different approach to advertising than other agents, which is something we absolutely loved and are thankful for. From being able to put our home on a TV show he works for, down to the smallest detail which was the for sale sign he put in the front yard, which by the way could be seen during the day and even better at night!. We actually just closed on the sale of our home and there's no doubt that when we're ready to buy again, John will be the only realtor I call for ever and always. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHN! We can’t recommend John enough! He always goes above and beyond and is so confident in what he does that he told us he’d have us under contract on the sell of our house in under 2 weeks; even though the market just started going downhill! He had us under contract in 1, and we got above asking price! When given the choice to go with family members that are realtors or with John, we didn’t even hesitate to contact John! He helped us in the purchase of our house a couple years back and will always be our go to realtor!

John was responsive and knowledgeable. He remained in contact even when there was no information to give. That showed me not only that his interest was sincere, but that he was on top of things. I really appreciate his efforts on my behalf and now enjoy a beautiful home in this crazy real estate market.

John was a true professional to work with. We had already made a list of houses we wanted to see and he was able to get us everything we would have wanted to know about them. He really dug in and got the details we wanted to know. When we found the home we wanted he went above and beyond to make sure he got us a good deal and really made sure we loved it before pulling the trigger. He wasn't at all like your typical pushy real estate agent, he was always really responsive, reliable, and transparent through every step of the home buying process
