We wanted a quick sale without sacrificing price. John told us the key is to ask the correct price and the way to find the correct price is to have the property appraised. We agreed and John did all the leg work. Once the appraised value was established, we listed our home and asked the appraised value. With Johns marketing methods, the house wase as good as sold before the open house. Our house was under contract in 11 days! We were very happy. John did a great job for us.

You will not find a better agent than John. He goes WAY above and beyond what any agent would do. I’ve bought and sold many homes and have had good agents but non as amazing as John. I usually hate giving up all the commission, but John really earned his. I have never seen such professional photos and videos than what he put together. So much better than what you normally see. He put our house on TV twice! He also did several live FB videos, and neighborhood mailers. He sunk so much $ into marketing, very generous of his own money. A few things he did that no other realtor would ever do is while we were gone he shoved our snow; even off the pool. He feed our fish, he painted our laundry room, honestly I can’t say enough about him. You can hire someone else, but if you hire John you won’t be disappointed and you will be glad you did. john was great and very helpful. always answered calls and texts as soon as he could. great knowledge in his profession, i would highly recommend john to friends and family. never made me feel pressured to make a decision and really went beyond for me during the negations. THANKS JOHN!!
Extremely helpful and communicates things very well. He made the process of buying a home simple, and exciting. When things came up that I didn’t quite understand, he was great about breaking it down for me to where I could understand.
