John is an excellent agent, and all around nice guy. John went out of his way to help with the minor but time cosuming events that we encountered. He contacted all the right people to make the few minor repairs requestd by the new buyer. He was there to meet the tradesmen for the required work, and saved me a lot of time. He also found the right people to clean out the house and garage. All the people he contacted quoted reasonable prices. John also priced the house to sell, and we received more than the asking price. All and all, a great experience.

John was the ultimate professional. My husband and I met with John and decided to place our house on the market in May of 2021. We were able to get that price plus more within two days. Not only did we have multiple offers but all of the offers were over asking price. John knows his stuff.
