He researched the market value and priced the house at exactly the right amount (which was significantly higher than the price suggested by a different agent we had spoken to prior to John) and we received our full listing price. John's communication & organizational skills, professionalism, patience, and attention to details are all exemplary! John followed up with every showing agent and passed all the feedback along to us. He sent a weekly email with a detailed summary and a status update, as well as keeping us informed throughout the week with phone calls and text messages as things progressed. John always answered phone calls and texts (even after business hours) and promptly responded to messages. We always knew exactly where we were in the process, what the expected timing of the next step was, what documents were needed (including extra steps and extra documents needed for a trustee selling an estate asset), etc. John kept the lines of communication flowing with the buyer's agent as well as with the title company, which kept the closing process moving along smoothly and quickly. He did not hesitate to go the extra mile to help us with several details related to the selling process that aren't required to be handled by an agent (such as obtaining a copy of the window warranty & a missing HOA Master Deed amendment, providing us with contact information for movers, communications with the HOA president and the trust attorney, obtaining a final water bill, etc.). Overall, having John as our realtor was having an effective partner who was truly invested in our interests and in driving the selling process smoothly and efficiently.
