We feel so lucky to have worked with John!!! He's SO knowledgeable about the area and residential construction. He considered our goals and our personal preferences and helped us find the perfect home. We are newer to the area so he helped us navigate school districts, potential environmental issues, and helped us understand the market in our area to make the best financial decisions. There were homes that we walked into and in less than 2 minutes he said "Nope! Next" because he quickly recognized many structural issues we were trying to avoid. I could rave about his skill for hours. John truly cares about his clients and worked so hard to get us what we wanted for our family! If it ever comes time to move, he'll be our first call!
