I had picked my place, but John encouraged me to look at others. I did, which made me love the one I chose even more. He wanted me to see what was out there. John was prompt, courteous and very insightful. I would suggest John to anyone looking. His thoughts even about parking was it needed to be what was best for me.

Provided great direction, and set expectations right from the start. It all worked just as he said it would. Our home sold in the first week, for asking price. John is great!!!

He considered our goals and our personal preferences and helped us find the perfect home. We are newer to the area so he helped us navigate school districts, potential environmental issues, and helped us understand the market in our area to make the best financial decisions. There were homes that we walked into and in less than 2 minutes he said "Nope! Next" because he quickly recognized many structural issues we were trying to avoid. I could rave about his skill for hours. John truly cares about his clients and worked so hard to get us what we wanted for our family! If it ever comes time to move, he'll be our first call!
