When I met him and he took me to visit a number of homes, he wasn't trying to "sell me a house" but was there to help me "find a home". We called John at the worst possible time, we sold our home in NC and had plans to fly to FL the following weekend. Unfortunately, it was the weekend Irma hit. Our Real Estate Agent that had been working with us long distance informed us he could no longer help us because of personal complications related to the storm. We randomly found John's information online and called him. John was very professional and patient with our requests for showing of used and new homes. We made several trips from PA to FLA and John was available every time for showings. He was very informative of the area and provided us with an honest opinion of homes based on our wants.
