John handled my selling of my home and come to find out that my situation was very complicated first of all the number one complication was the Bank they would always say they never got the paperwork they needed and that's when Toni came in she bascially stayed on the 24-7 and met all deadlines. The expertise John had was able to make a very stressful situation into a smooth sailing sale oh trust me I had another Realator prior that worked for KW and she did not really care about my needs I did find out that I was able to let her go and to work with John. He helped me in all aspects that I needed even helping me locate my residence I am in now. When I do this again I will use him again!! And I will refer also

John was extremely helpful to point the pros and cons of houses even before going to view them. This saved me a lot of time I would have wasted looking at houses that wouldn't have been good buys. I've purchased three houses with John's help and will certainly employ his services in the future. He even had me get estimates of repairs, so I wouldn't be surprised later on. In my case the repairs turned out to be minimal, which increased the value of my purchase even more.
