Wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful experience with John as our realtor. Dad's house hadn't been updated in decades so we weren't sure what to do, where to start and, more importantly, when to stop fixing it up. John was honest and straightforward with us and listed it aggressively but fairly based on the comps. Our first day on the market, John hosted an open house. By the end of the day, we had 4 different parties interested and had a contract within 72 hours. I would list with him again. Thanks, John!
