John Padgett

As a first time home buyer the entire process seemed daunting. John made us feel like we had all the time in the world and gave us loads of options to choose from. We even changed our purchase price 2 or 3 times and each time he was happy to adjust our searches. He never made us feel rushed or like we were wasting his time. He was there for us with years of knowledge and made the entire process fun and as stress free as possible. John is an overall wonderful human that truly cares about those he serves and helping to find that perfect home for you and your family!

John Padgett has been our agent since around 2018. He has always been there for us. From the purchase of our first home in 2019 to the sale of that home and purchase of our new home in 2024. The purchase of our recent investment property last month. We cannot say enough about John and his hard work he has done for us. As we continue on our rental investment road, he will always be the one we call upon. Thank you, John, The Booths
